We will be one of the first occupants (maybe even the first) to be part of a development project that adopts the Urban Village vision that the community has worked so hard to implement. In adopting this vision, our building will have a heavy emphasis on quality and strong architectural appeal. We will be using very high quality building materials, and there will be an outdoor seating area that creates an interesting and comfortable environment for pedestrians by maximizing light, warmth, and comfort.

There will be a rain garden to reduce environmental impacts from storm water, and landscape architects have designed a beautiful outdoor area that will be thriving with native trees and shrubs. We will have plenty of parking spots, bike storage space, and we are right on the bus line. So whether you’re driving, biking, walking, or taking the bus, we’ve got a spot for you!
