Loyalty Program Glow-Up
We’ve got our hopes set HIGH that 2026 will bring peace on earth, an uprise in kindness, and prosperity for all. We’re going to keep our fingers tightly crossed and our manifests pure, in hopes of tipping the scale in everyone’s favor. To add to what’s bound to be a wonderful 2026, we’d like to announce some changes to our loyalty program that we think you’ll really like.
What’s Changing?
We’re super stoked to announce that we’re rolling out an elevated version of our loyalty program that’s designed to reward you in spades. Not literal spades, but wonderful figurative spades that get you kick-ass rewards. [We can hear the collective audience saying “tell me more…”]
Starting January 1, 2026, we’re switching to a spend-based system, which means the more you stock up on your favs, the more rewards you’ll unlock. For every $1 spent, you’ll earn 1 point. More spend = more points = more rewards.
How Do The Points Work?
So glad you asked. We’ve mathed the math for you, so all you have to do is revel in the rewards like Scrooge McDuck diving into a pool of coins.
- 100 Points = 5% off
- 200 Points = 10% off
- 275 Points = 15% off
- 350+ Points = 20% off (Helloooooo, top-shelf savings!!)
But What About Gold Members?
We would never forget about our legacy customers. If you’re already a Gold Member, you’ll remain Gold forever! As Johnny Cade said in The Outsiders “stay golden, Ponyboy.” Well we’ll make sure of it, Ponyboy, you have other things to worry about.
Note: No new Gold tiers will be added after January 1st.
Why the Switch Up?
First of all, we listened to you. We take feedback epically serious and created this rewards program based on what you told us works for you. Secondly, this update helps us keep rewards meaningful, sustainable, and stacked with mega value so we can continue to bring you everyday low prices, high-quality bud, and the friendliest of faces you’ve come to expect at Trove.
We’ve already started spreading the word in-store, and now your browser is officially in the loop too. Please note, restrictions do apply. For more information, please ask any of our Budtenders in-store.
